Electronic premium payments are now available for Glatfelter!
In an effort to increase efficiencies, we have set up access to electronic premium payment options for your invoices, whether they are agency bill or direct bill. Please note that the broker statements cannot be paid at this time.
Information to access the payment portal will be included at the bottom of invoices generated starting 1/26/2024. When accessing this portal, brokers and clients can create an account using the enrollment feature on the website—you'll use information provided on the invoice itself to establish the account.
Once your account is set-up, future invoices can easily be paid by signing into the system. Please note that only ACH payments are accepted, and no partial payments are allowed at this time.
