If you're a Glatfelter agent

File claims by sending a completed loss report to claims@glatfelters.com or faxing them to 717.747.7051.

If you're a Glatfelter client

Simply reach out to your insurance agent. They will walk you through each step of the claims filing process and file the claim on your behalf.

When you're dealing with a lot in any given moment, it can be hard to remember what to do.

Here are a few critical things for clients to keep in mind:

  • Keep Records. If your claim involves an automobile accident or crime, keep a record of the name of the police department involved and the number of the police report.
  • Confidentiality is important. Don't provide information to anyone other than the assigned claim handler or their authorized representative.
  • Update your agent. In the event that a lawsuit is filed, contact your agent immediately and provide copies of the suit papers.
