YORK, PA – July 12, 2022 – Glatfelter Insurance Group is proud to unveil new brand identities for its organization, including its specialized programs, creating a cohesive look across its divisions. The new branding reflects the insurance provider's rich history of innovation, while further aligning the organization with its parent company, AIG. Coinciding with the new brand, Glatfelter launched an updated corporate website focused on an improved user experience for both agents and insureds.
"The new, unified identity honors our tradition of service and puts Glatfelter in the forefront, allowing us to boldly face the challenges of the future," explained Christopher J. Flatt, President and CEO, Glatfelter Insurance Group. "The modernized look embodies our position as an innovative growth leader and premier market of choice in the program segment."
In addition to the new logos, several Glatfelter programs have been renamed. Glatfelter Healthcare Practice, the program manager's division serving hospice, home healthcare and senior living organizations, has been simplified to Glatfelter Healthcare. Glatfelter Public Practice, which insures municipalities, water entities, educational institutions and school bus contractors, is now Glatfelter Public Entities. Finally, Glatfelter Religious Practice, which serves churches, synagogues, mosques and other faith-based organizations, has been renamed Glatfelter Ministry Care. The remaining divisions, VFIS, Glatfelter Commercial Ambulance, Glatfelter Specialty Benefits and Glatfelter Claims Management, will not be renamed.
"This evolution of Glatfelter's visual identity will generate better brand recognition, awareness and connection across all of its products and divisions," said Conor Murray, President, Glatfelter Insurance Services and Glatfelter Claims Management, Inc. "The visual alignment with the AIG brand better positions Glatfelter for future expansion and growth by driving more cross-business opportunities."
"Both timely and timeless, the brand refresh reflects Glatfelter's commitment to simplifying the insurance process for its clients and distribution partners," added DeAnna Halewski, Vice President of Marketing, Glatfelter Insurance Group. "The new names, logos and website better represent Glatfelter and its legacy of meeting clients' needs in the moments that matter most."
